Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has left our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframe
After your order has been processed, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free of charge. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for shipping.
Carriers
We work with a selection of reputable logistics carriers to deliver your order. The specific carrier assigned to your shipment is chosen at the time of dispatch based on the destination, package size, and service availability. Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking details so you can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
