Return Window
The return period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking record. Returns initiated after the 30-calendar-day window may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the original box, tags, and any accessories.
- If the return is due to a quality issue, such as a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please contact us first so we can review the matter and provide the appropriate resolution.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free of charge for eligible returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that while we initiate the refund promptly, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations
